Shipping Details: Aillea ships orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m MST will ship the following business day. Free Shipping is available for all US orders above $50. For all orders under $50, a flat rate fee of $8.50 is charged. Packages are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt using USPS First Class. Your package will arrive within 2-9 business days after it leaves the warehouse unless expedited shipping is requested.

Return & Exchanges: If the products do not meet your full satisfaction, Aillea will accept unused and unopened products within 21 days for a full refund – including all taxes paid. Used products that have been opened and are therefore unable to be resold can be returned for store credit within 21 days of purchase. Returns will be made in the same manner as the item was purchased. For example, credit card purchases will be made back to the credit card. Cash returns must present a receipt at the time of return. Please email contact@aillea.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once they receive your package, they will issue a store credit for used items and exchanges, or a refund for unused items (minus shipping costs). Packages sent back without a RAN will not be refunded. Product must be shipped and received within 2 weeks of the RAN being provided. All sale items or items purchased with a sale code are final sale and not eligible for refund or store credit. AILLEA reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds for customers that abuse the return policy. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer.
